  •     吉力力 阿不都外力,研究员、博士、博士生导师,中科院澳门新葡萄新京6663党委副书记、纪委书记。兼任中国科学院中亚生态与环境研究中心哈萨克斯坦分中心主任,中科院留学人员联谊会(欧美同学会)副会长、海洋与生态环境专业委员会主任,中国地理学会理事、地缘政治专业委员会副主任,新疆地理学会副理事长、中亚区域地理专业委员会主任,新疆维吾尔自治区专家顾问团专家顾问,《干旱区地理》、《干旱区研究》、Journal of Arid Land、Arid ecosystems、 等国内外期刊编委。发表文章180余篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI文章50余篇,出版专著10部,培养硕士、博士研究生43名。
    政协新疆维吾尔自治区第十届、第十一届委员、人口资源环境委员会委员。
    新疆维吾尔自治区第十三届人大代表,第十三届人大常委会委员、环境资源委员会委员。
     
    学习经历:
    莫斯科大学地理系地理生态学博士(2001-2005)、新疆大学自然地理学学士(1981-1986); 
     
    工作经历:
    1998-今:澳门新葡萄新京6663;期间 2001-2005:在俄罗斯莫斯科大学地理系学习,并获得博士学位;1986-1998:中国科学院新疆地理研究所。
